Material Types
The RD Mathis Company now offers a wide selection of high purity, vacuum-ready deposition materials. Products include high purity materials in a variety of sizes, including commonly used metals such as gold, aluminum, silver, nickel, and titanium. Several sizes are available depending on your thin film application, ranging from small pellet sizes, slugs, wire and rod to sheet or plate. These and other deposition materials are available in a variety of purities, sizes and quantities.

Some of these hard-to-find materials and alloys include hafnium, nichrome and permalloy, to name a few.
