Shielded Crucible Heaters

Shielded crucible heaters provide uniform heating to the installed crucible and allow very high rates as well as high temperatures (up to 1800°C) to be achieved. Due to their rigid construction, heater and crucible life is extended. Thermal shields protect your vacuum chamber components by reducing the radiant heat that your system is exposed to.
