Micro Electronic Sources

Our micro-electronic style sources represent a full line of smaller size sources that are similar to the standard size sources in our catalog. The overall length on these sources is slightly less than 2 inches, in most cases. The smaller sources are ideal for lower power systems or processes that require small amounts of evaporants.

Custom Fabrication

Images shown are for reference only. Actual parts may look different based on the type of wire selected. Wire types available for each part are shown in the suffix of the part number. For example, ME11-.030W is single stranded .030″ diameter tungsten wire; ME11-3X.025W is 3 stranded .025″ diameter tungsten wire, twisted together.
