E-Beam Evaporation Materials & Liners

The RD Mathis Company offers a full line of e-beam crucible liners and evaporation materials for e-beam evaporation. A wide selection of these are shipped from our stock, ready for integration into high vacuum systems for e-beam deposition.

E-beam filaments are available upon special request.

Standard E-Beam Liner Materials:

  • AO – Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃)
  • BN – Boron Nitride
  • C – Graphite
  • CU – Copper
  • IM – Intermetallic (BN-TiB₂)
  • Mo – Molybdenum
  • VC – Vitreous Carbon
  • W – Tungsten
