Point Source Filaments

Point source filaments are compatible with aluminum canes and clips, as well as with wire evaporation materials such as gold, silver, nickel, aluminum, titanium, etc. They specialize in the following:

• deposition of small amounts of material onto very limited areas
• cost efficiency and ease of use
• reliability using low power

The different wire types available for each part are shown in the suffix of the part number. P5-.040W is made with single stranded of .040″ diameter tungsten wire. P5-4X.030W is made with 4 stranded .030″ diameter tungsten wire, twisted together for more surface area.
